Things to see

In Cervo, art ranges in all its forms:
The historic center is dominated by the Castello dei Clavesana, the historic defensive building of Cervo, which today houses art exhibitions and the permanent Ethnographic Museum of the
Ponente Ligure.

In the Borgo, the ancient noble palaces open the gates to the `carruggi` where the portals of the Romanesque Oratorio di Santa Caterina overlook.
The Church of San Giovanni Battista emerges in the Corallini churchyard, a true jewel of the Ligurian Baroque, built by coral collectors.
Among the natural riches, Cervo boasts the Municipal Park of Ciapà, a splendid example of Mediterranean scrub that preserves the natural vegetation typical of the Ligurian hills.
Do not miss the workshops of artists and artisans in the typical carruggi of the village.
other than the sea and the historic buildings, the village offers several alternatives including romantic walks, visits to museums and nearby Ligurian villages, bike rides, whale watching trips.
For the sporty ones, the nearby hills offer the opportunity for adventurous mountain bike, downhill and mountain running trails.

There are many events offered by Cervo. First of all is the International Chamber Music Festival which takes place every year in July and August, with evening concerts of classical music in the moonlight. Still in the musical field, Cervo hosts various musical academies in different periods of the year. Other initiatives complete the Cervia entertainment offer: the traditional "Carnival of Children", the "Night of lovers" on Valentine's Day, the ecofestival "Nuovo" in springtime, literary meetings such as "Cervo Ti Strega" and "Cervo in blu" and finally theater plays and guided excursions to the "Parco del Ciapà".
Cervo also embraces the extemporary painting competition "il pennello d'oro" which gathers various artists in both squares and  "carruggi", turning the village into an open-air art gallery.
